Executive Assistant to CEOCo-Founder AI Startup Santa Clara (Onsite)

THE GIST:

Our client a rapidly growing AI-powered developer platform is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support its Co-Founder & CEO. This is a high-impact highly visible role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments anticipates needs before they arise and loves bringing order to complexity. Youll serve as a true strategic partner to the CEO while helping drive company-wide initiatives executive operations and key moments across the organization.

THE NITTY GRITTY:

• Own an exceptionally complex calendar ensuring the CEOs time aligns with the companys highest priorities.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel meetings and logistics with precision.
• Partner closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to advance strategic initiatives.
• Track action items follow through on commitments and ensure priorities stay on course.
• Plan and execute company-wide meetings leadership offsites and executive events.
• Prepare materials agendas and briefing documents for internal and external meetings.
• Anticipate challenges and proactively implement solutions.
• Build strong relationships across the organization to improve communication and execution.
• Handle highly confidential information with exceptional discretion and judgment.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve executive operations and organizational efficiency.

THE ESSENTIALS:

• 7 years of Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level executives or founders in high-growth tech companies and/or startups
• AI fluency and passion for learning new technologies and improving workflows with AI tools.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Highly proactive with outstanding anticipation and follow-through.
• Incredible attention to detail
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable operating independently with minimal direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Naturally resourceful adaptable and calm under pressure.
• Bachelors degree preferred

COMPENSATION: $135k to 180k base salary bonus equity benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills experience and expertise)
