A rapidly growing multi-unit restaurant company is seeking a highly organized proactive and resourceful Executive Assistant to work directly alongside the Founder & CEO. This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to become a key member of the leadership team while gaining exposure to operations finance strategic planning growth initiatives and executive decision-making.
This is far more than a traditional administrative role. Youll serve as a trusted business partner to the CEO helping manage priorities execute projects improve organizational efficiency and support the continued growth of a successful and expanding organization.
- Manage the CEOs calendar priorities meetings and daily workflow
- Ensure key initiatives remain on track through consistent follow-up and accountability
- Coordinate communication across leadership and department teams
- Assist with planning organization and execution of strategic projects
- Prepare reports presentations and executive communications
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and special projects
- Track project timelines deliverables and action items
- Support operational improvements and process optimization efforts
- Help identify opportunities to increase efficiency and organizational effectiveness
- Conduct market vendor competitive and operational research
- Gather information and present findings in a clear actionable format
- Assist with strategic planning and growth initiatives
- Support decision-making through analysis and recommendations
- Source vendors products and services
- Obtain pricing proposals and competitive bids
- Maintain organized records documentation and reporting systems
- Coordinate communication with external partners and service providers
- Assist with select business and personal projects for the CEO
- Coordinate schedules logistics research and vendor management
- Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion
- 3 years of experience supporting senior executives business owners or leadership teams
- Experience as an Executive Assistant Chief of Staff Operations Coordinator Project Coordinator Office Manager or similar role
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong research analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of professionalism discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and modern business software
- Self-starter who can work independently and anticipate needs before they arise
- Base Salary: $90000 - $110000
