JOB SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistantprovides administrative support and project managementto the Directorsof the department.The essential functions as shown below represent only the key areas of responsibility; specific position requirements will vary depending on the needs of the district.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Answer incoming callsfield questions and initiate follow up communication.
- Monitor andmaintainfinancial activity andrecords related to budgetingpurchasingand includes travel requests P-card transactions and purchase orders.
- Coordinate and manage ongoing projects under the direction of department leadership.
- Compile and integrate data from multiple sources includingdistrict-specificsystems to produce professional reports documents and presentations.
- Assistwith scheduling meetings sending communication and recording notes during meetings.
- Provide support for district-wide communication efforts across various departments.
- Manage the Parent Concern Line; facilitating timely referral of issues to the appropriate departmentsand providing stakeholders with necessary information to ensure all concerns are handled professionally and confidentially.
