We are partnering with a fast-growing firm operating at the intersection of private equity and wealth management to identify a high-energy Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. This is not a traditional calendar-only administrative role. The right person will become a true operational partner to leadership someone who can anticipate needs keep executives moving and bring order urgency and professionalism to a rapidly evolving business.

This role blends executive support operations coordination event execution and office management responsibilities. No two days will look the same.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage complex calendars scheduling and meeting coordination for senior executives
- Keep leadership organized on track and prepared for meetings deadlines travel and client commitments
- Coordinate high-end client and investor events dinners meetings and networking functions
- Handle travel arrangements itineraries and last-minute schedule changes with professionalism and urgency
- Serve as a gatekeeper and problem solver for executives in a fast-moving environment
- Prepare presentations meeting materials reports and follow-up items
- Help drive accountability by tracking priorities action items and outstanding deliverables
- Support office operations and administrative workflows as the company continues to scale
- Assist with vendor coordination expenses logistics and special projects
- Jump in wherever needed this is a startup-minded environment where flexibility matters
We are seeking someone who brings energy polish adaptability and strong business instincts.
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience supporting executives in financial services private equity wealth management investment banking or another fast-paced professional environment
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
- High emotional intelligence and professionalism
- Confidence managing strong personalities and keeping executives accountable
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt as priorities shift
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Outlook and business technology tools
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
