Generations Home Care is looking for a highly organized and proactiveExecutive Assistant to support daily operations administration marketing efforts and executive leadership.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats solving problems and helping a growing organization succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Answer Phones

• Manage calendars appointments and meetings

• Assist with recruiting and onboarding activities

• Support caregiver and client file management

• Prepare reports spreadsheets and presentations

• Coordinate office communications and correspondence

• Assist with social media scheduling and marketing initiatives

• Track referral partner contacts and marketing activities

• Organize company events trainingsand community outreach efforts

• Maintain office records and ensure compliance documentation is current

• Provide administrative support to agency leadership

• On-call rotation

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of administrative or executive support experience preferred

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and basic social media platforms

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

• Experience in healthcare home care senior services or human resources is a plus

• Self-motivated and able to work independently
