Pay Transparency: $80000 - $105000
SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistant position requires the ability to work in a strong Christian environment and demonstration of Christ-like behavior and attitude in all job duties and responsibilities. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) the Executive Assistant manages the overall daily office operations of Los Angeles Mission (LAM). Proactively provides highly professional and detailed administrative assistance to LAMs Executive Leadership Team. The Executive Assistant will be involved in all administration aspects of the Los Angeles Mission. The position will play a key role in budget development and implementation and management of Administration Division and other departments. A Strategic Planning Management Team member in conjunction with the Board of Directors. Development of business plans and operational plans annually tied to the Missions strategic plan and the annual budget..
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
The duties and responsibilities priority is to the CEO balanced with the coordination of other executive leadership and Board of Directors.
Office Management
- Support the executive leadership team along with the CEO and other department heads responsible for organizational policy development and planning.
- Collaborates with all management staff to identify and deliver the required administrative support operations for the organization.
- Maintains the organizations administrative policies and procedures manual.
- Manages Mission events calendar and Exchange calendar for CEO. Manages Development and other business calendars as needed.
- Manages CEO Blogs and Master Calendars on website.
- Maintains confidentiality regarding private and sensitive information.
Event Coordination
- Assists the Executive Team with preparation-of special events including public relations materials staffing organization and creation of volunteer lists and VIP coordination as directed.
Grant Management
- Plan and execute the grant making process by working with the Development Department team and consultants to support program staff in coordinating funding opportunities manage documents and deadlines track grantee results etc.
Board of Directors and Relations
- Liaison to the Board of Directors including attendance at all Board meetings taking the official minutes of the Board meetings agenda development Board motion log and manual etc.
