Getty seeks an Executive Assistant to fill a three-yearlimitedterm position. The Executive Assistant will support Gettys Vice President of Institutional Program Planning. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support and will be highly organized personable proactive and flexible able to provide a variety of administrative duties and management skills for the office. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) excellent ability to interact with staff internal and external colleagues and guests and an ability to multi-task. Please note: relocation is not offered for this role.

AssistsVicePresident with complex scheduling for internal working groups and external partners.
Monitorsand managestheVice Presidentsemailinboxanddrafts responses as requested.
Assistsinpreparationofmaterialsforinternal meetings and board presentations.
MakesinternationalanddomestictravelarrangementsforVice President and Project Manager.
CompilesexpensereportdataandpreparesexpensereportsforVice President and Project Manager.
Assistsinmaintainingandtrackingofficeequipmentboth electronic and hardware and office supplies.
Assistswithresearchprojects.
Managesandaccessessensitiveinformationincludingemailand other electronicinformation.
Performsotherdutiesandresponsibilitiesasassigned.
Qualifications
Bachelorsdegreerequired
Minimum 7 years related experience preferably in a nonprofit environment
