General Description:

BeOne isseeking an experienced Executive Assistant toreport to andsupporttheNA General Managerand his Chief of Staff. The person in this role will need to be an experienced detail-oriented problem-solver with exceptionalorganizationaland time management skills. Additionally the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills the ability to manage the needs of many be self-motivated anddemonstrateresourcefulness in building relationships across the global BeOne organization.

Candidate must belocatedonthe East Coast.

Essential Functions of theJob:

  • Provide support to theNA General Manager and NA GM Chief of Staff

  • Schedule and manage appointments meetings and events to maximize the leaders time and efficiency.

  • Coordinate travellogistics including flights accommodations transportation and itineraries.

  • Oversee and manage the senior leaders expenses including preparing monthly expense reports tracking reimbursementsandensuring compliance with company policies

  • Schedule and manageCore North America Leadership Team (cNALT)bi-weekly meetingscNALTcalendar andoff-sites

  • Provide in-person meeting support forcNALTand other commercial meetings(meeting space meeting meals off-site dinners congresslogisticsetc)

  • Understand business priorities and proactively look for ways to streamline the support matrix

  • Supportmaintaininginternal cross-functional relationships including the Office of the CEOBoard membersCPTand Senior Leaders

  • Partner with the Executive Assistants across the enterprise tomanage scheduling andshare best practices

  • Schedule and coordinate candidate phonevideoand in-office interviews

  • ProcessScope of WorkMaster Service Agreements Purchasing Orders and Invoices

  • Complete administrative aspects of projects and initiatives

  • Maintain org charts within theNAcommercial organization

  • Provide assistanceas needed for assigned department

  • Handle sensitive information with discretion andmaintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

  • 7 years ofexperienceassistinghigh levelexecutives andleaders; multiple disciplines a plus

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with a variety of stakeholders.

  • High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documents scheduling and communications.

  • Effective problem-solving skills with a proactive approach toidentifyingissues and implementing solutions.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities with ease.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative and approachable demeanor fostering positive relationships withinall levels ofthe organization.

  • A high levelof professionalism reliability and initiative in all tasks and responsibilities.

  • High levelofproficiencywith Microsoft Office Suite(word excel PPT)and other technology tools such as virtual meetings teleconferencing and variouspresentationand organizational software

Salary Range: $89900.00 - $114900.00 annually

BeOne is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Actual compensation packages are determined by several factors that are unique to each candidate including but not limited to job-related skills depth of experience certifications relevant education or training and specific work location. Packages may vary by location due to differences in the cost of labor. The recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for a preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the listed range reflects the base salary or hourly range only. Non-Commercial roles are eligible to participate in the annual bonus plan and Commercial roles are eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
