Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a large healthcare organization. This role involves high-level administrative coordination calendar management document preparation and executive support in a fast-paced corporate healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct administrative support to senior/division-level leadership
  • Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings for executive staff
  • Prepare edit format and manage documents using Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Create presentations using PowerPoint and manage data using Access
  • Coordinate meetings communications and follow-ups across departments
  • Support daily administrative operations for C-suite level executives
  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all tasks
  • Handle travel coordination meeting logistics and executive correspondence
  • Ensure accuracy in documentation and reporting
  • Work independently with minimal supervision in a high-demand environment
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree required (Masters preferred)
  • 15 years of administrative or executive assistant experience
  • Experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word Excel PowerPoint Access)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Healthcare or hospital administrative experience preferred
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
