Were growing and we need a sharp organized and mission-driven Executive Assistant to support our Executive Director and Chief Strategy Officer.

What youll do
- Keep two senior executives organized prepared and moving forward
- Own calendar management meeting logistics briefing documents and follow-through
- Support Board meetings donor stewardship and strategic partner communications
- Track priorities and action items across a fast-moving organization
- Help draft presentations proposals and leadership communications
What were looking for
- 2 to 5 years of executive administrative or operations support experience
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Someone who anticipates whats needed before being asked
- Exceptional organizational skills and strong written communication
- Sound judgment and comfort handling confidential matters
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Salesforce and Canva are a plus)
- A genuine connection to educational equity and expanding opportunity for young people
