Where you come in:

The successful candidate willprovide assistance tothe site leadership team by coordinating a wide variety of administrative and operations functions including schedule management travel management assisting and leading various projects creating meeting agendas and material and acting as a liaison to all internal and external entities. This position requires a highly organized and self- motivatedperson who is flexible and can work well under pressure.

Where you come in:

  • Provides assistance tothe Vice President of Engineering and Engineering Leadership by coordinating a wide variety of administrative functions including schedule management travel management and acting as a liaison to all internal and external entities. This position requires a highly organized and self- motivatedperson who is flexible and can work well under pressure.

  • Manage all aspects of executives schedule including coordinating meetings preparing agendas

  • Representsthe executive by welcoming visitors and conducting them to theappropriate areaor person; reviews correspondence; arranges company dinners and other corporate functions; answers questions and meeting requests directed to the executive.

  • Completes projects and special assignments byestablishingobjectives;determiningpriorities; managing time; gaining cooperationofothers;monitoringprogress; problem-solving; andmaking adjustments toplans.

  • Screens all incoming calls/messages and correspondence.

  • Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas;booksother transportation; arranges lodging and meeting accommodations; manages expense reports while adhering to company policies and procedures.

  • Handles sensitive information andmaintainsconfidentiality of all personal and corporate matters.

  • Makes high-level contacts of a sensitive nature internally and externally.

  • Works with all levels of employees. And works closely and effectively with others to coordinate company events.

  • Assistswith onboarding the executives new hires that report directly to him.

  • Orders and delivers catering for breakfast and lunch meetings.

  • Coordinates offsite team meetings and team buildings.

  • Creates a weekly e-newsletter that is distributed weekly to the entire SoftwareTeam500 recipients.

  • Orders andmaintainssupplies and arranges for equipment maintenance.

  • Must have in-depth knowledge of company operations.

  • Must have excellent written verbalanalyticaland interpersonal skills andhasthe ability toeffectively and professionally work with all levels of employees.

  • Must be accessible at various times outside of a typical workday andpossibly weekendsto make changes to travel and schedules.

  • Must be available to travel to tradeshows for onsite coordination.

  • Writing and editing skills; technical and computer expertise (Microsoft Office); possess advanced computer skills along with the ability to train others on system usage; organizational and planning skills; communication skills; confidentiality; attention to detail and accuracy; judgment and independent decision-making ability; problem analysis andproblem solvingskills; adaptability; initiative; information gathering and monitoring skills.

  • Must also be self-disciplined self-motivated extremely flexibledetail orientedaccuratethoroughand dependable.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a Bachelors degree anda minimum of 5 8 years of relatedexperience

FlexWorkplace:Your primary location will be a home office. You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager todetermineoffice visit needs. You must live within commuting distance of your assigned Dexcom site (typically 75 miles/120km).
