Were looking for an Executive Admissions Advisor to guide prospective students through one of the most important decisions of their lives: investing in a healthcare career. This is a senior high-trust advising role for someone who can build genuine rapport with prospective students understand their goals and obstacles and help them see a clear why now path into a Medical Assisting or Healthcare Management career. Youll work closely with our Marketing and Admissions leadership team to convert inbound interest into enrolled engaged students through consultative honest and student-centered conversations not pressure tactics.
Essential Job Duties:
Conduct consultative phone video and in-person consultations with prospective students interested in the
Medical Assisting or Healthcare Management programs
Guide prospects through program comparisons career outcomes financial aid options and enrollment
timelines with clarity and honesty
Apply structured enrollment methodology including needs discovery objection handling and urgency-
based (why now) conversations to help students make confident decisions
Manage a personal pipeline of leads within our CRM ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping
Own the full admissions journey from first inquiry through enrollment including campus visit coordination and
acceptance processing
Collaborate with the call center marketing and campus leadership teams to improve lead response time and
conversion
Mentor and set the standard for admissions best practices among newer advisors
Represent Allen School with professionalism empathy and integrity in every interaction
Job Requirements:
(career or vocational school experience strongly preferred)
A track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment or conversion goals
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
Comfort working within a CRM and following a structured admissions process
A genuine interest in helping students navigate major life and career decisions
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline
Flexibility to work some evenings or weekends to accommodate prospective student schedules
