Vice President of the Division of Strategic Programs and Partnerships
Position Summary
The Executive Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Division of Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships by coordinating division-wide operations communications projects and special initiatives. The position serves as a central point of coordination for divisional activities ensuring the efficient execution of priorities and the effective delivery of services across all departments and programs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinatesdivision-wide operations administrative processes and special projects to ensure the efficient execution of departmental priorities and strategic initiatives.
Managesthe administrative operations of the Division including calendars meetings travel correspondence purchasing records management budget documentation and other operational activities.
Develops and maintainsadministrative systems workflows and organizational processes that improve efficiency communication and operational effectiveness across the Division.
Coordinatesdivisional meetings programs events and special initiatives by managing logistics communications materials and follow-up activities.
Servesas the primary administrative liaison for the Division by coordinating communications and cultivating collaborative relationships across the College and with external partners.
Preparesreports presentations correspondence meeting agendas minutes and other administrative documents that support divisional operations and executive decision-making.
Maintainsconfidential records and information while exercising sound professional judgment discretion and adherence to institutional policies.
Representsthe Division of Strategic Initiatives and Partnerships through institutional initiatives and performs other duties that advance the mission and strategic priorities of Livingstone College.
Education/ Experience
What you will need to be successful!
Bachelors degree in business administration higher education administration public administration communications or a related field preferred.
Three to five years of progressively responsible experience providing executive-level administrative operational or project coordination support.
Required experience:
Candidates must demonstrate a history of:
Coordinatingcomplex administrative operations projects or special initiatives.
Managingmultiple priorities while maintaining exceptional organizational skills accuracy and attention to detail.
Preparingprofessional correspondence reports presentations and other executive-level communications.
Exercisingindependent judgment discretion and sound decision-making while handling confidential and sensitive information.
Required other:
Must be available to work occasional evenings weekends and travel as required to support divisional programs events and institutional initiatives.
All other duties as assigned.
