Job Summary
The Hilton Cleveland Downtown is looking for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to join our team!
Located in the heart of downtown our premier property features 600 guest rooms 50000 square feet of event space four food & beverage outlets and a newly redesigned Club Lounge. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality team at one of Clevelands leading hotels.
The Executive Assistant/Office Manager serves as a key strategic and administrative partner to the General Manager ensuring the effectiveness organization and seamless operation of the Executive Sales Catering and Events Office. This role is to support the General Manager while also providing coordinated support to select senior leaders including the Director of Sales Director of Catering & Events and Director of Operations.
Core Responsibilities
Executive Support to the General Manager
Manage calendar priorities and scheduling
Prepare briefing materials reports and communications for internal and external stakeholders
Act as a gatekeeper and liaison across the Executive Committee
Support preparation for leadership meetings ownership reviews regional reviews and any property-level strategic initiatives
Prepare expense reports
Ensure a professional efficient and welcoming environment for team members guests and visiting stakeholders
Maintain office supplies and administrative processes that enable smooth operations of the office
Coordinate logistics for internal meetings site visits and events hosted within the Executive Office
Pay rate: $31.00 per hour
