The Exam Proctoring Center ( EPC ) Support Specialist plays an essential role in advancing equitable access for students with disabilities by coordinating and delivering exam accommodations in a responsive student-centered environment. This position supports the daily operations of the EPC working closely with students faculty and colleagues across Student Accessibility Services and the Office of Accessibility Services to ensure that accommodations are implemented accurately efficiently and in compliance with applicable this role the EPC Support Specialist manages the scheduling and administration of accommodated exams maintains accurate records using systems such as RegisterBlast and Accommodate and helps ensure the smooth coordination of staffing space and technology required for testing. The position also includes supervising and developing a team of student and temporary staff contributing to a professional and supportive work environment. Through ongoing collaboration with faculty and campus partners the EPC Support Specialist helps resolve logistical challenges improve processes and maintain a high standard of service delivery. This is a dynamic role for someone who is highly organized detail-oriented and committed to fostering a welcoming and accessible environment. The EPC Support Specialist contributes to a collaborative team effort to remove barriers and enhance access making a meaningful impact on student success within a mission-driven office.
