SUMMARY: The Evis Labor team member may rotate between various Evis positions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to the following:

• Back up the auto transfer or re-hang machine by placing a bird in any empty shackle ensuring birds are hung properly.
• Inspect and correct missed and improperly opened and vented birds
• Use knife or other cutting instrument to remove any matter required to be removed before the bird enters further processing using close attention to detail.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will not have supervisory responsibility.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

• Required

• Preferred
  • Previous poultry processing experience
