Required availability:
- Monday 9:00 AM5:00 PM
- Tuesday 9:00 AM5:00 PM
- Wednesday 9:00 AM5:00 PM
- Thursday 9:00 AM5:00 PM
Location
- The client is located in Everett Washington 98201.
- Applicants should review the location before applying and make sure they are able to reliably commute to and from the clients home for each scheduled shift.
- Reliable transportation punctuality and consistent attendance are required.
Care Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Support bathing grooming dressing toileting and hygiene care as needed
- Assist with mobility transfers and fall prevention as appropriate
- Prepare meals and support daily routines
- Complete light housekeeping related to the clients care
- Provide companionship and client engagement
- Support appointments errands or community activities as needed
- Follow the care plan and document care notes accurately
- Communicate client updates concerns and schedule needs to the office promptly
Ideal Caregiver
We are looking for a caregiver who is:
- Reliable and consistent with attendance
- Professional and respectful in the clients home
- Comfortable following care direction
- Patient calm and emotionally steady
- Attentive to client safety dignity and preferences
- Strong with communication and documentation
- Able to report changes or concerns promptly
- Committed to providing dependable high-quality care
- Able to drive and comfortable working in a home with one dog where smoking occurs
Pay and Benefits
- $26 per hour
- Overtime paid at 1.5x when applicable
- Holiday pay for company-recognized holidays when applicable
- Health insurance available for caregivers who consistently work 35 or more hours per week
- Ongoing client assignment when available
- Support from a responsive office team
Requirements
- Active Washington HCA CNA or NAC credential
- Current TB test or screening
- Current CPR certification
- Current Food Worker Card
- Valid government-issued photo ID
- Must drive and have reliable transportation
- Reliable phone access for work-related communication
- Ability to complete onboarding documents if selected
- Availability for the listed schedule
- Comfort working in a home with one dog where smoking occurs
