Nooms Communications team shapes how we tell our story to the world. From media relations and brand storytelling to executive communications thought leadership and events we build awareness and credibility for Noom and the work were doing to help people live better longer.

We partner closely with leaders and teams across the organization to bring Nooms story to life in ways that are timely relevant and memorable.

About the Role

Were seeking an Events Communications Manager to own Nooms presence at events from the owned stages we build ourselves to the industry conferences where our executives show up as speakers sponsors and thought leaders. This is a hands-on execution-focused role: youll drive our signature events including Noom Talks and the annual Art of Wellbeing Summit from concept through post-event follow-up while also building and managing the pipeline of earned and sponsored opportunities that put Nooms leaders in front of the right audiences.

Youll work closely with the rest of the Communications team as well as partners across Marketing and our leadership team to make sure every event reflects Nooms brand and mission.

You Will

• Own the end-to-end strategy planning and execution of Nooms events from evaluating opportunities and developing event plans through on-site execution and post-event recaps
• Lead Noom-owned events managing budgets vendors logistics staffing production and guest experience
• Evaluate and manage Nooms participation in industry events recommending the right mix of speaking opportunities sponsorships booths and brand activations based on audience impact and business goals
• Partner with Noom executives and Communications leadership on speaking engagements including event selection briefing materials talk tracks presentations and on-site support
• Manage multiple events and workstreams simultaneously keeping stakeholders aligned on budgets timelines responsibilities and key decisions
• Partner closely with Marketing and other cross-functional teams as well as external vendors and event organizers to bring Nooms event experiences to life

You Have

• 5 years of experience in events communications PR experiential marketing or a related field with hands-on ownership of live events from concept through execution
• Demonstrated ability to build events from scratch and manage multiple events simultaneously including budgets vendors logistics production and on-site execution
• Strong project management and organizational skills excellent attention to detail and the ability to execute effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience partnering directly with senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong judgment when evaluating event opportunities sponsorships budgets and tradeoffs; experience in healthcare digital health or a related industry is a plus
• Willingness to travel for events and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed

The base salary range for this position is $105000 to $138000. Actual compensation is determined by job-related factors including experience skills qualifications and location.

This role is eligible for our NYC or Princeton NJ office locations operating on a hybrid schedule (2 days per week on-site).
