Position Overview

As an Events and Sales Assistant you will play a crucial role in helping to plan execute and manage various events while supporting our sales team to drive revenue and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and coordination of corporate events meetings and promotional activities.
• Support the sales team by preparing sales materials presentations and client proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of event details sales transactions and client communications.
• Liaise with vendors venues and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue setup catering transportation and audio-visual equipment.

• Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Communications or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in event planning and sales support or related roles.
