What Youll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary point-of-contact for event hosts and internal service teams.

• Plan and design events in assigned venue space including timelines deliverables and communication plans.

• Lead pre-con meetings and site inspections; ensure supplier service delivery.

• Oversee onsite event execution acting as team lead and ensuring quality assurance across all service areas.

• Manage VIP logistics and special projects ensuring privacy and security protocols are followed.

• Conduct venue audits and submit maintenance requests to ensure cleanliness and functionality.

• Maintain venue SOPs manage venue calendar and accurately track event data.

What Youll Bring

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

• 5 years in meeting/event planning (including incentives association corporation) hotel catering or convention sales.

• Proven success in communicating and interacting effectively with executive-level stakeholders demonstrating professionalism discretion and confidence in high-visibility environments.

• Strong knowledge of program/event management and budget maintenance. Experience project planning. Proven ability to work independently and proactively. Prior experience in effectively handling multiple projects/demands and client escalations.

• Prior successful experience in developing and maintaining key client relationships.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills across all organizational levels (individual contributors suppliers and executive clients.)

• Proficiency in G-suite tools and ability to quickly learn new technology.

Nice To Have

• Experience managing high-profile or incentive events.

• Familiarity with venue operations and emergency response planning.

• Prior work with third-party suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Working Logistics & Things You Should Know

• The total compensation range for this position is $90000 $110000.00 determined based on location experience and qualifications. Compensation for internal candidates will be reviewed in accordance with our internal compensation practices.
