Event Staff | Part-Time | Ryan Field at Northwestern University

The Event Staff team delivers exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe welcoming and enjoyable experience for all guests attending events at Ryan Field. Team members assist with guest wayfinding access control crowd management and event support while serving as ambassadors for the venue.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $18.00 - $21.00

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Verify tickets and assist guests with locating seats and venue amenities.
• Monitor assigned areas and report safety concerns.
• Provide directions and information regarding concessions restrooms parking and stadium policies.
• Assist with crowd management before during and after events.
• Respond professionally to guest questions and concerns.
• Support emergency procedures as directed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work nights weekends and holidays.
