Event Staff

We are seeking energetic Event Staff members to support promotional events customer engagement product presentations and sales activities. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people participating in live events and representing a company in a friendly and professional manner.

• Assist with preparing and setting up promotional events.
• Welcome attendees and create a positive event experience.
• Engage with customers and prospective customers.
• Present and explain products and services to event attendees.
• Answer questions and provide helpful product information.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest.
• Generate leads through customer interactions and event activities.
• Distribute promotional materials and assist with displays.
• Maintain an organized and professional event area.
• Support individual and team sales goals during events.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic outgoing and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers in person.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Reliable adaptable and self-motivated.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
• Previous event sales customer service retail hospitality or promotional experience is a plus but not required.
