Event Staff

Elevare Branding is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Staff member to support the planning coordination and execution of promotional and corporate events. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments interacting with people and ensuring every event runs smoothly from start to finish.

As part of our events team you will play an important role in creating positive experiences for clients guests and stakeholders while representing our company with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Assist with event setup execution and breakdown activities.
• Welcome and engage attendees in a professional manner.
• Coordinate event materials displays and promotional assets.
• Support event managers with logistical and operational tasks.
• Ensure event spaces remain organized presentable and functional.
• Monitor attendee needs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Help maintain event schedules and assist with on-site coordination.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve event objectives.
• Follow company standards and event procedures to ensure successful outcomes.
• Assist in gathering event feedback and reporting observations
