Harvest Advertising Inc is seeking an Event Specialist to support promotional events community outreach activities and customer engagement initiatives. This entry-level role provides hands-on experience in event coordination logistics marketing support and brand representation.

• Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.
• Support event setup execution and breakdown activities.
• Coordinate event materials displays and promotional resources.
• Welcome attendees and provide event-related information.
• Assist with attendee registration and event logistics.
• Maintain event schedules and organizational records.
• Represent client brands professionally during events.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Perform administrative duties related to event operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or bachelors degree in Event Management Marketing Communications Business or a related field is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Previous customer service hospitality retail volunteer or event experience is helpful but not required.
