Event & Marketing Operations Intern

What you will accomplish together with us:

• Assist in the logistical planning and execution of virtual hybrid and in-person events including webinars trade shows and user group meetings across NA and LATAM.

• Support the creation and distribution of event-related communications such as invitations reminders and follow-up emails.

• Support execution of regional marketing campaigns and special projects across email digital and field channels

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across departments and geographies for campaigns and product launches

• Manage and update event registration platforms and databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns including content creation and scheduling.

• Support the operations team with administrative tasks such as data entry report generation and document organization.

• Monitor and track event and campaign performance metrics assisting in post-event analysis and reporting.

• Provide general administrative support to the marketing department as needed.

What will convince us:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors (rising Jr. or Sr.) or Masters degree program in Life Science Marketing Business Administration or a related field.

• Strong organizational skills with an excellent eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

• Experience with Asana Tableau and a plus

• Basic understanding of marketing principles and event planning processes.

• Proficiency in Spanish a plus

Compensation is $18 hr.
