Event Manager

ABM Industries is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Event Manager to oversee facility maintenance and operational performance at a high-profile client site. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring safe efficient and cost-effective operations while driving continuous improvement and service excellence. The Event Manager will lead maintenance teams manage projects oversee budgets and serve as the primary point of contact for client coordination related to facility operations

Compensation:$70000 annual salary (US Dollars)

• Direct and manage daily facility maintenance and operational activities
• Plan coordinate and execute operational and capital improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with safety standards regulatory requirements and company policies
• Monitor and report operational KPIs maintenance metrics and financial performance
• Prepare professional reports and presentations for senior leadership and client review
• Manage labor planning scheduling budgeting and cost controls
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reliability efficiency and service delivery
• Maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and responsive service

• Demonstrated leadership experience in maintenance or facility operations
• .Maintenance background with working knowledge of HVAC mechanical and electrical systems
• Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite required; CMMS experience preferred)
• Experience tracking documenting and analyzing operational data
• Excellent communication organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Prior operations management experience overseeing multi-disciplinary maintenance teams
• Experience supporting 24/7 operations
