This position works closely with our owners and management team to plan and execute weekly monthly and quarterly events along with private parties and special gatherings. If you thrive on organization enjoy building relationships and love seeing an event come together from start to finish wed love to meet you.
What Youll Do
- Plan and coordinate weekly monthly and quarterly events with the management team and owners.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers planning private events reservations catering opportunities and special occasions.
- Coordinate with vendors sales representatives entertainers and event partners to ensure every event is fully prepared.
- Purchase and organize event supplies decorations equipment and promotional materials.
- Maintain organized event calendars timelines customer information vendor contacts and supply lists.
- Coordinate event setup oversee execution and manage teardown and cleanup.
- Communicate event details timelines promotions and operational needs with restaurant staff.
- Track attendance expenses customer feedback and event results.
- Help identify new event opportunities partnerships and creative ideas that increase traffic and strengthen community engagement.
What Were Looking For
- Strong communication organization and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working with customers vendors business owners and entertainers.
- Self-motivated dependable detail-oriented and able to solve problems quickly.
- Experience in event coordination hospitality restaurant operations catering sales or customer service is preferred.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends based on event needs.
- Ability to lift move and arrange event supplies tables decorations and equipment as needed.
