Position Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items for banquets weddings tournaments and club events
• Execute event menus accurately efficiently and on time
• Assist with event prep station setup and breakdown
• Maintain clean organized and sanitary workstations
• Follow all food safety sanitation and health department guidelines
• Work closely with chefs and the culinary team during highâvolume services
• Maintain a positive teamâfocused attitude during busy event services

What Were Looking For

• Previous cooking experience required (banquet or event experience preferred)
• Strong sense of timing organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fastâpaced eventâdriven environment
• Reliable punctual and teamâoriented mindset
• Willingness to work evenings weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Culinary education is a plus but experience and attitude are key.
