Interested in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for event patrons with Arizona Arts Live Join the team and help support successful events by selling tickets at the box office directing patrons to their seats serving as an usher and screening for prohibited materials brought into the venue.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Sell tickets takes payments and provides accurate information to patrons of Centennial Hall.
  • Collects tickets from patrons and ensures tickets are valid.
  • Supervises student staff intermittently.
  • Directs patrons to their seating locations.
  • Provides information to patrons regarding the events and special facilities for the disabled provides directions and/or parking alternatives request for visitors students staff and faculty.
  • Helps with set-up and take-down of lobby/patio.
  • Follows all ADA and safety protocols.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Ability to meet the physical lifting requirements: employee should be able to frequently lift/move/transport 20lbs of weight.
