Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Event Assistant to support the planning coordination and execution of promotional events and customer engagement activities. Responsibilities

• Assist with the setup coordination and breakdown of promotional events.
• Welcome attendees and provide friendly professional assistance.
• Support event logistics to ensure activities run smoothly and efficiently.
• Organize promotional materials displays and event supplies.
• Help manage attendee flow and create a positive guest experience.
• Provide excellent customer service during all event activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
• Gather attendee feedback to support future event improvements.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing event needs.
• Previous experience in customer service retail hospitality promotions or events is a plus but not required.
