Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support the coordination and execution of promotional events community outreach programs and brand engagement activities. Responsibilities
- Assist with the setup coordination and breakdown of events and promotional activities.
- Help organize event materials displays and promotional resources.
- Support registration and guest check-in processes.
- Ensure event areas remain organized professional and inviting.
- Distribute informational and promotional materials to attendees.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure event objectives are met.
- Address attendee questions and provide exceptional customer service.
- Gather feedback from attendees to support future event improvements.
- Perform additional event-related duties as assigned.
