You will greet visitors warmly manage incoming phone calls professionally and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
• Manage the reception area to maintain a clean organized and inviting environment.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed such as scheduling appointments and handling mail.
• Provide information about the dealership and services offered when requested.
• Handle customer inquiries and direct issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.

• Prior experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organized during busy periods.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Availability to work evenings and Saturdays as required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with phone systems.

• Competitive hourly wage between $12.00 - $16.00 paid bi-weekly.
