Note: PRCs evening IOP program is set to launch in September 2026. We are hiring now for a September start.
About the Role
You show up three evenings a week and hold space for adults doing the hard work of recovery. You facilitate structured group sessions within PRCs evening IOP program bringing clinical grounding genuine presence and a deep belief in the healing process. This is not a clipboard role. This is relational recovery-focused work that matters.

Substance Use Counseling Addictions Treatment Group Therapy CAP / ICADC Registered Intern (LMHC/LCSW)
What Youll Do
- Facilitate evening IOP group sessions
- Deliver evidence-based curriculum focused on substance use recovery and co-occurring mental health
- Maintain timely clinical documentation following each session
- Collaborate with the clinical team on client progress and group themes
- Uphold a trauma-informed recovery-oriented environment in every session
What Were Looking For
- CAP ICADC or registered intern (LMHC or LCSW) required
- Experience facilitating substance use or co-occurring disorder groups
- Comfortable working independently in an evening setting
- Warm grounded and steady in group dynamics
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
