Evening Facilities Care Specialist – South County Middle School

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to help maintain a clean safe and welcoming environment for students staff and visitors. This role plays a vital part in supporting daily operations by ensuring campus facilities meet high standards of cleanliness safety and health in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Schedule:
Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm

Pay Rate:
$16.00 per hour

• Perform general custodial duties throughout the campus
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of classrooms offices restrooms and common areas
• Assist with event setups and takedowns both indoors and outdoors
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals properly
• Follow all safety protocols and promote a safe environment
• Interact professionally with staff students and the public
• Work independently while managing time and tasks efficiently

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques equipment and supplies
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
• Physically able to lift move and handle custodial equipment and materials
• Reliable dependable and safety-oriented
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
