Job Summary
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in a recognized mental health discipline (e.g. social work psychology nursing rehabilitation counseling).
Experience:
- 23 years of direct supervision or program oversight experience working with individuals with mental disabilities.
- Experience providing clinical oversight crisis intervention and staff supervision strongly preferred
Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Work Location: Onsite residential program setting with evening coverage responsibilities. 9:30pm - 6:30am schedule.
Compensation:
Salary: $28.23 an hour

About the role:The Evening Coordinator provides leadership supervision and clinical oversight during evening hours in a residential program. This role ensures the safety security and wellâbeing of consumers staff and facility assets while supporting daily living needs. The Evening Coordinator oversees case managers and counselors ensures compliance with regulations and agency policies manages crises monitors facility conditions and maintains highâquality service delivery. The position requires strong leadership problemâsolving skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Primary Responsibilities:
Assign and coordinate staff activities during evening hours.
Provide clinical oversight and ensure adherence to regulations and agency policies.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of clinical documentation.
Oversee implementation and revision of service plans and goals.
Ensure appropriate crisis intervention and communication of relevant clinical information.
Provide direct care coverage and serve as Manager on Duty as needed.
Assist with admission and orientation of new consumers.
Establish and maintain staff schedules; ensure compliance with time and attendance policies.
Conduct staff supervision and participate in disciplinary processes when necessary.
Assist in recruitment training and orientation of new employees.
Support quality management efforts and ensure compliance with corrective action plans.
Monitor staff activities and make recommendations to the Program Director.
Promote mental health and wellness in the community; act as liaison to community partners.
Educate staff on maintaining positive community relations.
Participate in longârange planning for mental health and wellness initiatives.
Provide handsâon assistance with daily living skills including hygiene housekeeping meal preparation shopping and home upkeep.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
