We are looking for a dependable and experienced Evening Cook to prepare quality meals and support smooth kitchen operations during the evening shift. The ideal candidate should have strong cooking skills attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of food quality safety and cleanliness.

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes menu specifications and hotel standards.

• Prepare ingredients and maintain an organized cooking station.

• Ensure food is cooked and held at proper temperatures.

• Maintain consistent food quality taste portion sizes and presentation.

• Monitor food freshness and properly store and label food items.

• Maintain a clean organized and sanitary kitchen.

• Follow all food safety sanitation and health regulations.

• Safely operate kitchen equipment and utensils.

• Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs to management.

• Minimize food waste through proper preparation and portion control.

• Work closely with kitchen and Food & Beverage team members.

• Assist with kitchen closing duties cleaning and proper storage of food and equipment.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Chef or management.

• Previous cooking experience in a hotel restaurant or commercial kitchen preferred.

• Knowledge of food preparation and food-safety practices.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift or move kitchen supplies.

• Availability to work evenings weekends and holidays.

• Reliable attendance and professional work ethic.
