Must be willing to intern 10-20 hours a week

Intern Responsibilities / Projects:

  • Disaggregate and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from training evaluations and surveys.
  • Identify trends patterns and opportunities for program improvement.
  • Develop data visualizations dashboards charts and summary reports for stakeholders.
  • Assist in designing and implementing evaluation plans and data collection strategies.
  • Support the development of evaluative capacity-building resources including tools guides and training materials.
  • Conduct literature reviews on evaluation methods and best practices.
  • Assist with survey development administration and analysis.
  • Help monitor program outcomes using established evaluation frameworks.
  • Prepare presentations and executive summaries for leadership.
  • Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.



Required Education and Experience

At the time of internship must be currently pursuing or holding a degree in fields such as Social Work Human Services Education Child Development Sociology Public Policy or Non-Profit Management.

Schedule: Flexible; approximately 10-20 hours per week

Duration: Semester-based or as agreed

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

  • Coursework in program evaluation research methods or statistics.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel; Qualtrics Power BI or similar software is preferred.
  • Familiarity with survey platforms such as Qualtrics SurveyMonkey or Microsoft Forms.
  • Strong analytical organizational and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Experience using data visualization software such as tableau PowerPoint and other similar platforms

Alternate Education and Experience


Required Skills:
  • Must be actively enrolled in a college and university

  • Must provide a copy of respective academic institutions Internship Agreement outlining internship objectives and academic instructors name and telephone number.
