Location:Remote/Hybrid
Must be willing to intern 10-20 hours a weekIntern Responsibilities / Projects:
- Disaggregate and analyze quantitative and qualitative data from training evaluations and surveys.
- Identify trends patterns and opportunities for program improvement.
- Develop data visualizations dashboards charts and summary reports for stakeholders.
- Assist in designing and implementing evaluation plans and data collection strategies.
- Support the development of evaluative capacity-building resources including tools guides and training materials.
- Conduct literature reviews on evaluation methods and best practices.
- Assist with survey development administration and analysis.
- Help monitor program outcomes using established evaluation frameworks.
- Prepare presentations and executive summaries for leadership.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Required Education and Experience
At the time of internship must be currently pursuing or holding a degree in fields such as Social Work Human Services Education Child Development Sociology Public Policy or Non-Profit Management.
Schedule: Flexible; approximately 10-20 hours per week
Duration: Semester-based or as agreed
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Coursework in program evaluation research methods or statistics.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel; Qualtrics Power BI or similar software is preferred.
- Familiarity with survey platforms such as Qualtrics SurveyMonkey or Microsoft Forms.
- Strong analytical organizational and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience using data visualization software such as tableau PowerPoint and other similar platforms
- Alternate Education and Experience
Required Skills:- Must be actively enrolled in a college and university
- Must provide a copy of respective academic institutions Internship Agreement outlining internship objectives and academic instructors name and telephone number.
