Job Summary

EUC & LAN Administrator

Were looking for a hands-on EUC & LAN Administrator to support and maintain reliable secure and compliant IT operations at the site level. This role is key in delivering high-quality IT services while partnering with Global IT teams supporting cybersecurity and audit requirements enabling infrastructure capabilities that drive digitalization initiatives with our business partners and driving and supporting innovation that enhances operational efficiency and business value.

In this role you will beresponsible for

End-User Support

  • Set up and support laptops desktops mobile devices printers and peripherals

  • Manage OS deployments patching and software installations

  • Troubleshoot hardware software and connectivity issues

  • Support employee onboarding/offboarding and access management

  • Ensure compliance with corporate security policies

  • Provide basic macOS support (configuration & troubleshooting)

Network & Infrastructure

  • Maintain LAN infrastructure (switches Wi-Fi cabling)

  • Support WAN connectivity and escalate issues when needed

  • Troubleshoot network performance and minimize downtime

  • Manage IP addressing and VLANs

Cybersecurity & Compliance

  • Support cybersecurity controls and vulnerability remediation

  • Assist with TISAX ISO 27001 and audit readiness

  • Maintain asset management and access control standards

  • Support disaster recovery and business continuity plans

IT Operations

  • Maintain accurate asset inventory and documentation

  • Partner with Global IT on upgrades and improvement initiatives

  • Ensure services meet SLAs and corporate standards

What is required:
  • Experience in:

    • LAN/network administration

    • Windows OS and end-user device support

  • Basic cybersecurity knowledge (TISAX/ISO experience a plus)

  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills

  • Fluent English

  • Associates or Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science or related field
