Job Summary

What Youll Be Doing

Managing commercial construction projects from kickoff to completion
Preparing estimates budgets scopes and proposals
Coordinating subcontractors schedules and project teams
Building and maintaining strong client relationships
Leading project communication and weekly progress updates
Reviewing costs buyouts invoices and job profitability
Working closely with field teams architects engineers and ownership
Helping drive new business opportunities and repeat relationships

What You Bring

5 years of commercial construction project management experience
Estimating and budgeting knowledge
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to keep projects moving and clients informed
Organized detail-oriented and proactive mindset
Experience managing schedules subcontractors and project costs
Team-player mentality with a strong work ethic
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
