Who We Are

We are a growing paving concrete and earthwork contractor seeking a motivated and experienced Construction Estimator / Project Engineer to join our team. We specialize in site development grading excavation underground utilities concrete construction asphalt paving and public and private infrastructure projects.

• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs for earthwork concrete asphalt and site development projects
• Review plans specifications geotechnical reports and contract documents
• Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and bid proposals
• Assist with project scheduling budgeting and contract administration
• Support project managers with submittals RFIs change orders and project documentation
• Coordinate with field personnel to ensure projects are completed safely on schedule and within budget
• Track project costs and assist with monthly reporting
• Participate in preconstruction meetings and site visits

• Experience in estimating project engineering or project management within the construction industry
• Knowledge of grading excavation paving and concrete construction practices
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with estimating software is preferred
• Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• With 5 years of experience salary can be negotiable
