We are looking for a qualified Construction Estimator/Project Manager with a strong background in the masonry/façade restoration industry to join a growing team in the Minneapolis area. Our ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates excellent communication skills is highly organized is a great problem solver is very efficient and has strong attention to detail & time management.

Duties
- Lead full lifecycle of commercial construction projects including estimating bidding scheduling budgeting and execution to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
- Analyze plans specifications and blueprints to develop accurate cost estimates perform take-offs define scope of work and prepare competitive proposals
- Coordinate with clients subcontractors and vendors to obtain quotes manage project progress maintain documentation and ensure quality control and project goals are met
Requirements
- Minimum education level of a bachelors degree in construction management civil engineering or a related field
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience as a commercial estimator/project manager and be knowledgeable in the masonry field
- Proficient in construction software (Procore Blue Beam)
Details
- Pay Rage: $80k to $100k annual bonus opportunity
