This position includes:
Writing estimates and quotations
Understanding repair work and customer needs
Communicating with customers by phone and email
Providing general customer service and follow-up
Coordinating with our shop and field team

Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge
Familiarity with QuickBooks preferred
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to understand mechanical repairs and service work

Preferred Experience:
Plumbing pump motor or electrical field experience
Mechanical background is a big plus
Retired field mechanics are encouraged to apply
We are looking for someone reliable practical and willing to learn. Experience in the pump motor plumbing or electrical industry is highly valued.
