Roto-Rooter is seeking an experienced estimator with insurance claims experience to join our fast-growing water restoration team for our Southeast Region. This is a full-time position based out of Cincinnati OH. The hourly rate is $20.00-$24.00 depending on experience.

• Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for residential and commercial customers.
• Maintain communication with customers and insurance adjusters.
• Submit estimates to insurance companies for payment.
• Follow established billing and collections procedures.

• Xactimate software and estimate writing experience is preferred.
• Insurance claims experience is required.
• Administrative billing & collections experience in the restoration or service industry is preferred.
• Highly motivated detail-oriented and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding organizational time management and follow-up skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bilingual preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills.
• Drivers License.
