A growing civil construction company is seeking an experienced Estimator to develop accurate project estimates for site development civil construction and foundation projects.

This onsite opportunity offers $80000-$130000 and is ideal for construction professionals with strong estimating experience analytical skills and a thorough understanding of civil construction costs.

Responsibilities:

• Review construction drawings plans and specifications
• Perform quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimates
• Analyze labor material equipment and subcontractor costs
• Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• Prepare bid packages and support proposal submissions
• Identify project risks and cost-saving opportunities
• Monitor market trends and benchmark project costs
• Maintain accurate estimating documentation and records

Requirements:

• 3 years of estimating experience
• Civil construction or sitework estimating background
• Experience performing quantity takeoffs
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Proficiency with estimating software and related tools
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail

Preferred:

• Heavy civil construction experience
• Foundation project experience
• Infrastructure estimating experience
