WHAT YOULL DO:
The Estimating Co-Ops primary role is to provide support to the Estimating team. The Estimating Co-Ops responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Attend pre-bid meetings/walkthroughs
- Pickup plans and specifications when required
- Perform quantity take-offs
- Deliver proposals when required
- Perform drawing overlays
- Call for pricing from subs and vendors
- Assist with estimating data guideline process
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Pursuing a bachelors degree preferably in construction management civil engineering or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be detail-oriented organized flexible and able to effectively multitask
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand and walk. The employee must regularly lift or move objects up to 10 pounds and may lift or move objects up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
