Location: Las Vegas NV. This is a fully on-site opportunity where you will work closely with our attorneys support team and clients in a highly collaborative office environment.

Note: This is a 100% in-person role. A strong work ethic positive attitude team-first mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced client environment are essential. Nevada Bar admission is preferred and recent graduates currently awaiting Nevada Bar results may also be considered.

Job Description

• Manage a busy calendar of estate planning clients and guide them through important personal and financial planning decisions.
• Counsel clients regarding wills trusts estate plans asset protection strategies and related matters.
• Draft review and finalize estate planning documents tailored to client needs.
• Assist with probate and trust administration matters based on experience and practice needs.
• Build trusted relationships with clients through responsive communication and practical legal guidance.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys law clerks and support staff to keep matters moving efficiently.
• Take ownership of client matters while continuing to expand your knowledge of trusts and estates law.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Nevada Bar admission preferred; candidates awaiting Nevada Bar results may be considered.
• Estate planning probate trusts and estates or trust administration experience preferred.
• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to manage a high-volume calendar.
• Strong work ethic positive attitude and collaborative team mentality.
• Comfortable working fully on-site in Las Vegas.

• 7 years directly relevant experience: $155000 to $175000

• Exceptional senior candidate or rock star fit: Potentially above $175000
