Job Title: Managing Attorney -Trusts & Estates
Location: Dublin OH In-person role

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has at least 2 years of experience practicing lawexperience in domestic relations personal injury criminal law or similar areas is welcomed. Estate Planning experience is a plus but is not required.

• May be seeking a transition out of litigation into a more stable and fulfilling practice area.

• Possesses exceptional communication organizational and client-service skills.

• Has strong emotional intelligence empathy and professional demeanor.

• Is comfortable with sales-based conversations including securing client commitment to final fees during meetings.

• Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple client matters and mentor team members.

• Familiarity with WealthDocs and ElderCounsel is a plusbut not required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems preferred.
