Location: This is a full-time on-site position based in Doylestown PA (Bucks County). The firm is best suited for candidates already living in Bucks County or Montgomery County PA. Candidates commuting from Center City Philadelphia may find the drive challenging long-term we want to set you up for success from day one.
Note: Candidates must hold an active Pennsylvania Bar license and have 4 years of estate planning law experience. These are firm requirements. Candidates from solo practice backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Job description
- Counsel individual and family clients on comprehensive estate planning strategies including wills revocable and irrevocable trusts powers of attorney and advance healthcare directives
- Advise on tax planning considerations in the context of estate and gift transfer strategies
- Handle estate and trust administration matters from inception through closing including probate filings asset inventories beneficiary distributions and court accountings
- Collaborate with attorneys across the firms corporate real estate and family law practices on matters with estate planning intersections
- Build and maintain direct client relationships you will be a trusted advisor not just a document preparer
- Contribute to a growing practice group with opportunities to take on increasing responsibility over time
Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania Bar license (required)
- 4 years of estate planning law experience (required)
- Solid command of wills trusts estate administration and related tax planning concepts
- LLM in Taxation or Estate Planning (a significant plus not required)
- Solo practice background considered
- Strong client communication skills and ability to manage matters independently
- Bucks County or Montgomery County residence strongly preferred
