Location: This role can be performed remotely anywhere with preference given to candidates who can work in a hybrid capacity from the Atlanta Georgia office when needed.
Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in Georgia and have at least 2 years of estate planning experience. An LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is highly valued but not required.

Job Description
- Advise clients on sophisticated estate planning strategies tailored to their personal and financial goals.
- Draft wills revocable and irrevocable trusts powers of attorney healthcare directives and related estate planning documents.
- Handle probate and estate administration matters from beginning to resolution.
- Counsel business owners on business succession planning and wealth transfer strategies.
- Develop tax-efficient estate and gift planning solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional communication and service.
- Collaborate with attorneys and professional advisors to deliver comprehensive planning solutions.
- Stay current on changes in estate planning probate trust and tax law.
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Bar license.
- 2 years of estate planning attorney experience.
- Experience drafting sophisticated estate planning documents.
- Working knowledge of probate and estate administration.
- Business succession planning experience is highly preferred.
- LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning is a plus but not required.
- Strong client counseling drafting and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
