Job Description
- Advise clients on estate planning strategies tailored to their personal family and financial circumstances.
- Prepare and review wills trusts powers of attorney and other estate planning documents.
- Counsel clients on asset protection elder law Medicaid planning probate and trust administration matters.
- Develop practical legal strategies that help clients preserve assets and achieve their long-term goals.
- Meet directly with clients explain complex legal concepts clearly and provide trusted guidance throughout the planning process.
- Collaborate with attorneys and support professionals to deliver comprehensive high-quality client service.
- Stay current on Wisconsin estate planning and elder law developments and apply that knowledge to client matters.
- Contribute to a professional environment focused on education innovation and exceptional client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Wisconsin Bar admission in good standing.
- 1 year of estate planning and/or elder law experience.
- Strong legal research writing analytical and client communication skills.
- Ability to manage matters independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Genuine interest in helping clients and families navigate complex planning decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and professional judgment.
